As the VP of Marketing and Events Operations, Elka is responsible for building MortgageDepot’s marketing infrastructure, implementing new marketing processes, and developing an integrated communications strategy that positions the company for growth, as well as managing the operational aspects of all corporate events, and developing event strategies that meet business/marketing priorities.
