Robert is an integral part of the leadership team. As Operations Manager, he oversees the corporate infrastructure, all phases of the production cycle, and leads the selection, onboarding, training and management of the daily activities of mortgage loan processors and processing assistants to ensure they meet Compliance and Corporate standards.
