About Robert Jacobs

Robert is an integral part of the leadership team. As Operations Manager, he oversees the corporate infrastructure, all phases of the production cycle, and leads the selection, onboarding, training and management of the daily activities of mortgage loan processors and processing assistants to ensure they meet Compliance and Corporate standards. His priorities also include managing operations and accelerating the firm’s continued growth strategies across the country.

Robert’s expertise is both rich and unique. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience in creating and maintaining workplace cultures designed to effectively and efficiently drive operational processes and a successful track record completing loan transactions accurately and in a timely manner. In his most recent position, he was the Residential Mortgage Pipeline Manager at Interstate Home Loan Center, Inc. which followed a long career managing lending operations at Gold Coast Bank and The First National Bank of Long Island.

Robert has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from SUNY Buffalo and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Long Island University.
