About Nicole Edwards

Nicole Edwards has spent her entire professional career focused on providing customers and clients with unparalleled service. Working as a Mortgage Loan Originator at MortgageDepot, she maintains her solid dedication in this area for the benefit of our clients. While she was attending college classes at both Dutchess Community College and Mount Saint Mary College, Nicole worked in customer service for a major retailer. There, she refined her communication skills via phone and in person. After she earned an Associate of Arts in Humanities and Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, she delved into the world of finance.

Joining the MortgageDepot team, Nicole brought more than a decade of financial industry experience with progressively more advanced roles. She was promoted within the same local bank from Senior Teller to Branch Manager. For this same bank, she then gained profound experience with residential mortgage loans and expanded into significant leadership positions. Through her many positions in the finance industry, Nicole has enhanced her understanding of clients’ varied needs and goals while also expanding her knowledge of residential lending. She has also proven her organizational skills, leadership abilities and industry aptitude.
