MortgageDepot Welcomes Olga Dmitriyeva to our team

Olga Dmitriyeva joins the growing team at MortgageDepot as a Loan Officer Assistant. With her extensive education and with more than 15 years of professional experience, Olga is well-qualified to serve our clients and to support our origination team in her new position. Prior to entering the financial industry, she attended CUNY College of Staten Island. Through hard work and perseverance, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics. This was followed by a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies.  

Olga has used her education as well as her strong communication and customer service skills throughout her financial career. Before joining MortgageDepot, she worked for reputable employers like Capital One, People’s United Bank and CUNY. As a Loan Officer Assistant, Olga will provide direct support to MortgageDepot’s origination team. Specifically, she will manage daily administrative tasks, monitor the status of the pipeline and ensure the accuracy of data entered in the system. In addition, Olga will use her critical thinking skills to identify potential issues and their solutions before loan files are submitted for processing. She also serves Mortgage Depot’s customers directly by collecting documents and managing communications.
