Jackie’s journey in business and customer service began at an early age helping her dad in the bodega business. By the time she was just 14 years old, she was already gaining valuable experience in the sales industry working for a franchise. At 17, she stepped into a leadership role, overseeing accounting, human resources, and administrative operations for more than 10 fast-food establishments. These early experiences helped shape the strong work ethic, leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments that continue to define her professional career today.

After earning her degree in Business Administration, Jackie continued to expand her knowledge and expertise across multiple areas of business, earning her reputation as a true “jack of all trades.” Her diverse professional background has given her a unique ability to look at every situation from multiple perspectives, identify potential challenges early, and find practical solutions to help keep things moving forward.

In 2013, Jackie brought her extensive experience into the mortgage industry, but before this, she had worked for a private financial institution as an auditor. This chapter of her career strengthened her understanding of compliance, accuracy, documentation, and the importance of maintaining the highest level of integrity throughout every transaction.

What truly sets Jackie apart is that she understands the mortgage process from the inside out. Before becoming a Loan Specialist, Jackie worked behind the scenes as a mortgage processor, giving her firsthand knowledge of everything it takes to successfully move a loan from application all the way to the closing table.
