Maksim Rutovitskiy is an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator at MortgageDepot. He has over 22 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Financing Industry. He has devoted his decades-long professional career to various aspects of business development while also focusing on elevating his customer service skills. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Maksim supports each customer through his or her mortgage experience. He excels in his level of industry expertise, and he offers his extensive knowledge to each customer who he has the pleasure of serving. With a strong background in underwriting guidelines, he is able to guide his clients’ loan files through to closing with a high rate of success.

Maksim Rutovitskiy’s performance experience stems from the varied experiences he has had in both the mortgage industry and the real estate industry over the years. Most recently, he was a licensed real estate broker in New York with specializations in residential and commercial property sales. He became proficient in business loans, construction loans and flip-and-fix transactions in this capacity. He has specifically worked in the mortgage lending business at TD Bank and GFI Mortgage Bankers. Other positions over the years have been with, Congress Capital Group, Stanley Capital Mortgage Company, 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, Novastar Home Mortgage and Victory Capital. Maksim is a graduate of Lviv’s State University, Ukraine, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management and he is proficient in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and learning Spanish.
