About Monica Gokhberg

Monica, serves the critical role of Human Resources Manager, where she oversees the selection, recruitment, onboarding, and development of all MLO’s and corporate staff. Additionally, Monica manages employee engagement and communications strategy, as well as workforce planning initiatives for MortgageDepot and our Branch locations across various states.

Monica has experience working in progressively advanced HR positions in the New York City area. Before becoming a valued member of our MortgageDepot team, she was a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Human Capital division for two years. Prior positions were held at Gerson Lehrman Group and Northwestern Mutual.

Monica is proficient in critical areas including program management, corporate communications, HR transformation, change management and more. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from New York University.

In addition to speaking English, she remains fluent in her native language, which is Russian.
