About Phoebe Bartholomew

Phoebe Bartholomew brought her experience and talents as a loan processor to MortgageDepot in 2017 after working in the same capacity at another mortgage company. Her skills, attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt in an industry where regulations and underwriting criteria change on a daily basis make her a valued member of our team.

After a borrower completes a mortgage application with the assistance of one of our loan originators, the paperwork goes to a loan processor. Phoebe has responsibility for reviewing the application to ensure that it has been correctly completed.

She works closely with borrowers to ensure that all supporting documentation, such as tax returns, bank statements and proof of income, are received and included in the file that she submits to underwriting. An ability to recognize issues and resolve them quickly and accurately before a file goes to underwriting can be critical to achieving a successful result for borrowers.

Phoebe takes pride in the services she performs for borrowers, including providing them with timely updates about the status of their application. She takes great pleasure in the happiness and thanks expressed by borrowers whose loans closed due to her efforts.
