Julio was born in this city (New York, NY) in the mid-sixties from a hard-working blue-collar working father and a professional mother. He is the eldest of two children. Family instilled the value that: Good will always triumph in the end and that Virtues should be a lifelong pursuit.

Julio derives the most satisfaction from knowing that he has given his ALL in helping and improving, the lives of the client and his or her family. A testament to his career is that Julio relies solely on referrals from past clients and other professionals (realtors, attorneys, accountants, and financial planners) as his sole source of business. Throughout the years he has been able to help many families improve their lives: some from sometimes dire circumstances to a better one, and others from a good to the best of situations.
