Enrique Guerra brings more than a decade of combined sales management, customer service and training to his new role as a Temporary Authority to Operate as Loan Originator / NMLS licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at MortgageDepot. Formerly a Branch Manager/Loan Officer with Trustco Bank, his leadership skills coupled with his ability to recognize market trends, accelerate business development, and drive sales, sets him apart in the field.  His accomplishments as a highly regarded manager, and dynamic interpersonal skills has helped him forge trust and build long-lasting relationships with his customers, peers and industry executives.

Enrique is a forward-thinker by nature and is well versed in implementing sales strategies and procedures that are designed to enhance customer care. His sense of initiative, creative problem solving, creates a consistent environment of success that focuses on meeting the customers’ needs, and training his staff to be committed to provide the highest level of customer service.

Originally from Queens, NY, and a St. John’s University, B.S. Business Administration alumni, Enrique is bilingual in English and Spanish, an active member of EN. L.A.C.E.S. (Encouraging Latino American Communities to Enhance their Salud), and a three-year member of the Business Network International Professional Alliance. On his personal time, he also volunteers at the Seminole and Orange County Public Schools; educating students on the importance of learning how to manage their money at a young age.
