Bayside, NY — MortgageDepot announced the opening of its newest branch, located at 217-14 Northern Blvd., Bayside, NY. The branch will be spear-headed by Steven Xu, who was appointed Branch Manager of the Bayside office to assist with expanding its presence and services in the Bayside area and beyond.

Steven Xu has more than a decade of experience in mortgage lending. His lengthy career in the mortgage industry includes several years working in both residential and commercial financing at leading institutions like JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. In his role as Branch Manager, Steven will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing all branch personnel and production activities, setting branch goals and expectations and monitoring performance against those goals.
