Think of us for borrowers who stopped using credit, never used credit, uses one tradeline for all their needs, only have authorized user accounts, are new to the US on a Work Visa, Student Visa, or using some other form of work authorization..

Program Details:

• Loans from $100,000 to $5,000,000
• One appraisal is required regardless of loan size
• No credit score is required
• LTVs up to 80%
• Cash-out allowed with no seasoning and no cap on the amount of cash in hand
• Asset depletion program allowed
• Non-occupant co-borrowers allowed with no ratio requirement for the occupant
• Work Visas, Student Visas with work permits, EAD cards, and other forms of work authorizations are considered
• Primary residences, 2nd home, and investment properties titled in LLC allowed
• All our collateral program types allowed including – non-warrantable condos, condotels, co-ops, hobby farms, and unique properties
