David’s foray into the mortgage industry began in 2001, when he joined Discount Funding as a Mortgage Loan Originator. During his time in this company, he developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of mortgage lending and established a track record of assisting clients in realizing their homeownership dreams.

In 2015, David expanded his horizons by obtaining a Real Estate License and transitioning to the role of a Real Estate Agent at Asking Price. This shift allowed him to provide comprehensive support to clients beyond the mortgage process, guiding them through the entire real estate journey.
