With more than 25 years of residential, commercial, and business financing experience, it’s no surprise that Leo Feliz enjoys his work. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, he uses his vast knowledge of the real estate industry to connect clients to financing solutions that help them reach their goals.

Leo began his career in the early 1990s as a Loan Officer, progressing to a Senior Loan Officer by 2015. Along the way, he held a position as an owner and manager of a mortgage broker business. He also served as a business financing consultant, guiding company owners through business loans, business plan development, and credit-building concerns.

Lead generation is second nature to Leo. He believes that you can’t achieve success without the right team working on your behalf. He spends time understanding exactly what lenders offer and cultivating solid working relationships with them so that when a client comes to him with a challenging situation, he is ready with an outside-the-box solution.
